You’re probably halfway correct. I don’t think Molly McLaren wears Members Only jackets when she’s not in the office. She’s more likely to wear a Flashdance T-shirt and leg warmers. Ann Pearson is the one who wears the Members Only jackets while she’s at home watching Mythbusters.
